The grape ripeness control launched the start of the manual harvest and the countdown has begun!

On September the 7th, the pickers were ready to cut, the porters were standing at their side with their crates still empty and the tractor was waiting in the distance.

It took us two weeks to harvest our 14 hectares and obtain optimal maturity as it is not the same for all grape varieties.

The last good ones were the Petits-Verdot which took the maximum of sunshine. The grapes harvested at maturity, the berries sorted with care guarantee the quality of the harvest. Now, everything is going to play out in the vat room...
